36" wb Toro or Exmark

I dont know wich is better.I talked to a local dealer who told me toro manufactures exmark....is this true. Secand of all wich one is better.Both machines cost 2,299+tax.What one is the best.Thank you for your time.

Toro now owns Exmark.<p>They do cross-manufacture some equipment. The mower you're referring to is basically the same under either label.<p>You pick Exmark if you want the pistol grips and Toro if you want the T-Bar.

Actually, Exmark builds Toro. In the wb's they are essentially the same mower with different controls as mentioned earlier. Toro does own Exmark, but Exmark is a separate entity.
