14x14 crushlimestone area! what sort of base

Hi , i am wandering what sort of mat (weed protection) would u guys put under something like this to keep the weeds arested. I thought about weed barrier but i figured the crushed lime would chew it up after a yr or two. i want at least 4-5yrs bullet proof solution. IS THERE ONE?

Black plastic is not going to let the water drain. What sort of border would you put around it?:)

If you are laying pavers in the area the base will prevent any weeds from growing. If there are weeds in pavers they are growing from above the base (in the sand) and must be sprayed or pulled.

Geotextile is not a weed barrier. It is to stabilize the base and prevent settling. It is also a very pricey way to prevent weeds.
