OK.....here's what happened.
Went to a gas station to fill up the tanks. Across the street was a competitor mowing with his crew. As I was looking at the owner, he gave me this smirk that I'd like to rip off his face. Not 5 seconds later, his Chopper locked up just as the commnuity association president was watching. Well, they finished up with another walk-behind that had the belt break just as he was finishing up! The president dude obviously saw my trailor signs and asked me if I'd be interested in finishing up the year for him because he dosent want any delay in cuttings with this other guys "cursed" equipment.
Guess who cut the property today! :D
