If you could take components from all comm mowers and any ideas you have yourself what would be your perfect mower?

Mine:34"-full floating (anti-scalp rollers front back and detachable rollers on the side)-hydro-Exmark ECS control-Toro SFS deck-15 hp Kawi-OCDC.-rear bagger with vac fan to stop clogging.

Lots of small res. with thick turf.

Here are 5 other threads on this same topic. One of them was in Turf Magazine, the magazine that does "In your own words" which is a monthly article about Lawnsite.com. If you don't get Turf Magazine, you should get your free subcription ASAP. :)

a big statement but i dont know much i would change about my exmark lazer.excellent cut, excellent trim mower(which has been a surprize)
i can get it most anywhere, with the limitation of the few corner nooks.then only as close as distance from caster to edge of deck.so far thats the only thing i cant get. i guess if it had a little string trimmer on it or something might be an improvement.
but thats really getting picky, probably be in the way more than anything else.later

Well, the perfect mower would be made out of titanium.

The speed of a DC flatlander. The finish cut of a Walker. The versatility of a front-mount Grasshopper. The quickness, lightness and manuverablity of a DC. The heavy gauge deck of a Hustler. The bagging set-up of a Walker. The comfort and low profile of a Ferris. The warranty of a DC (special extended). The price of a Murray.
