I am sure this has probably been brought up before but the search engine did not help me much. I am still confused about the differences between these two. If i understand properly they are almost the same but there are some tax breaks with incorperating. On the other hand I have been told that if i get sued for somthing they can take my house and other things if needed in a inc situation where as if i go llc they can not. Can someone please help me out on this one. Thank you in advance to anyone who posts.
