I just bought it yesterday, but haven't received it yet. Must be a problem because it should come via email instantly once purchased. In other threads, comments have been very positive about the business package.

I know it lists examples that the package includes but im curious if it offers templates, a business plan, insurance options, etc.

I'm glad we got things worked out....it is a lot of reading - 250 pages worth - but I honestly did my best to cut out any of the "fluff" or "filler" because I cannot stand reading something that isn't pertinent or repetitive.
Let me know if you need anything or have any questions - you can call my office any time. Thanks for ordering too!

Very Good info so far. As Sean says "no filler" material. Samples so far and very helpful. Well worth the $64.95.

Thanks Sean. What I've looked at so far is wonderful. I was looking for particular things...for example...sample letters and you've provided many quality samples. Also, the commercial package has some invaluable information. Can't wait to put it into practice.
Thanks for the great package, and these great websites you run. I visit Lawnsite and Plowsite daily.

I ordered it and have to say it is worth twice the money Lawnsite is looking for. I used the example forms in it and also used Seans ideas for handing out fliers. I started handing out the fliers two weeks ago about 120 fliers so far and got several fall clean-ups and sured up three lawn maintance jobs and two mulch jobs for next year. I have been in biz for two weeks and have made more that 20 times the money I paid for the package. This while holding down my full time day job. Buy it!!!! I also called Seans office and have spoken with his company and have had some e-mail's back and forth with Sean. They are happy to answer questions. Awsome product!!

You get your moneys worth. It's not all rocket science but a lot of logic and as already stated, good templates.
If you have a good head on your shoulders you can put together many of the things yourself, however, time is of the essence and for me I us it as a reference and a starting and jumping off point.
I am in the process of creating a business system that will operate effeciently when other people are hired. I use Seans package to cut and paste and then adapt into my system when it is feezable and will save me time.
Contracts and Commercial bids are my weak points as I am just getting into that area of the market, and Seans package deal is a useful tool to me here also.
I would say that overall it will certainly pay for itself, and if you are just starting out, or if you are changing from a one man operation into employee driven business, then the package will make you money in the long run, giving you something to build your system on, and templates to change to suit you.
Its worth the $100 or so that I paid.

The total package has everything. You could get alot of info from lawnsite that is in the package but there is a lot of stuff in it that you will not even think about asking. There is over 200 pages of good info, how many post will you have to make to get all that info in piece mail. I put it into book formatt and printed it on 11 x 17, folded it, now it reads like a book and is always near by to pick up and read. It is well worth the money, anyone starting up should budget it into there start up cost.

well thanks again for the response. it really does sound helpful to be able to have all that info all packaged together, especially the templates for contracts and that sort of thing. i think i will seriously consider this package. thanks again everyone for your time.
