Bid on leveling and sodding

A local cemetary wants me to put a bid in on some sod work they need done, i went and measured it all and i'm planning on first finding out how much sod i need to get for those areas, but they also want these spots to be leveled out b/c of sinking in the soil...i had planned on spraying and killing and then bringing in dirt and smoothing it out and then laying sod. my question is, how do i keep it from sinking again? and i need some ideas on how to charge for this....i'm guessing all the stuff i have to buy plus an hourly rate would be approriate but i'm not positive...what do you guys think?

cemetary, i am assuming that the sinking would be by graves? or old, old graves that are maybe unmarked? i would pass on that unless you have a strong stomach. cause only way to stop the sinking would be to remove the problem. otherwise, when it sinks more, fill in more, just goes that way until the ground settles.
