Commercial Accounts

Looking to expand my company for 2007 and wondering how to go about bidding on commercial accounts??? Not looking for huge accounts but stuff like banks, gas stations, resturants, funeral homes. If possible give me some tips on how to land these

Just walk in the door and ask for the person in charge and tell them you like to bid on there property. It sounds like a short answer but it does work. You would want to do it in person not over the phone and it helps to have buisness cards on hand to give them.
