The latch on my extender broke on me one day last week right in the middle of leaf season. I called the 800 number while I was still in my customer's yard. The Accelerator rep. Fedexed a replacement to me immediately without charge. This is the third season for my bagger and extender and it is a great piece of equipment. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
