Hi I know I need a manual. (Having problems finding the right one for
my Perkins engine).How do you relieve the hydraulic pressure to
hook up aux.hydraulics.

Turn the key to ON and move all the pilot functions.

To add to what DW said, be sure to release the parking brake, then move all functions.
