I am interested in buying the 323 for small hardscaping projects. Does anyone have any insight or opinions on the 323? Thank you for your information.

The Toro wide tracks do the least amount of damage to existing lawns, and the tracked units like the 4 and 525 can lift a lot more over the 3 series. However, any unit is better than no unit.
