we are in the process of re-structuring our company and might be looking to part with our box on our truck.....JUST THE BOX NOT THE TRUCK....we our turning the truck into a plow/fertilization rig.

Condition:
excelent, has some scraping of the paint on the top half of the box from hitting tree branches.....just like an enclesed trailer would have.
you can also barely see the previous lettering mark

The angle of the gate is intended for a low profile truck but im sure it would work on a full size....just a little steeper.

we were able to haul 2 72" dixies, 1 60" dixie and a 36" wb all at one time

Specs on box:
22' morgan van body

forklift package (there is addidional support brackets on the frame so a fork lift can drive right inside....we were thinking about puting extra supports on the gate so we ould drive a skid steer right inside)

stainless steel trim around rear door

2- 48" x 24" x 24" lockable side boxes

2500 LBS Maxon tuck-away lift gate (operational only with ramp removed)

5' dovetail off rear with 5' gate

2 rows of E-track inside

hard plasic rub rails on the bottom of inside so the inside dont get messed up

the company that we use for our body building said they would install it on a trudk for $500

just would like to know how much something like this might go for

How much did the dovetail cost you?

Just selling the box by itself..a standard box like that is worth about $1000-1250.

I'd take that price and add 50% of what the dovetail cost you to get a rough idea of what it's worth.

I would think you could could get about $4-5K for it. If you were to spec out that same size in an enclosed trailer, that is about were you would be. This is just a guess. Check with your body building shop and see what they think?

I think this would be a good place to start.
