lawnmen in zone 7.

this is basically the same question that lawngodfather was asking but more pertinently I wondered what some of you boys really did during the winter months in zone 7 specifically during cold weather with your services. I am a sawing man(linesman)now and it has always been a dream to start my own lawncare business as me and some friends used to work for scotts some years ago. The particular variable of dissapointment to me would be that I couldnt operate my saws as a service alone and privately but I dont know this as a fact yet. what would be some other options strictly lawncare based that you actually do to create money. If you are doing maintenance contracts you should be mowing fescue, mulching, winter pruning, leaf removal. It never stops! Make sure you contract on a 12 month basis.
