The surveys are still coming in from my customers but I thought I would get a feel for this question from you.

Out of the following items, which one do you think is the most important to your customers?

A. Quality of services
B. Price
C. Ease of billing (Automatic Bill Pay)
D. Professional appearance of Crews
E. Professional appearance of equipment (trucks, mowers, etc.)
F. Personal attention (always available to discuss and meet your needs)
G. Number of services provided.

I will post the top answer from my customers after some discussion.

For my clients i would say they care about the Quality of service and Personal attention the most.

My customers are definitely looking at the quality of my services. But, they do want it at a somewhat reasonable price.:)

For my clients i would say they care about the Quality of service and Personal attention the most.

Thats just what I was going to say.:)

I was going to say the same thing as well.My customers like knowing they can talk to me and not some dam computer or some girl behind a desk that wouldnt know what they where talking about. I built my business on quality of service and Personal attention. The way I see it it makes the customer feel you care about there needs and not the bottom line. Every where you go now a days customer service has gone to sh**.I see it every where from places I deal with all the time. So Having my customes feel the way they do about me makes me feel great.
