that seems to be a nice mix. The customers who usually give me the most problems are the ones who have never had a lawn service before. the ones who have complain less, and appreciate us more, I think.

I try to steer away from customers who switch LCO's a lot. It usually means they are picky pita customers. I can get a decent feel for how a customer will be after giving them an estimate consultation or doing a little qork for them.
