Looking for a service in the Gilbert AZ area

Gentlemen after a few bad dealings with a few services in this area my sister is in the need of help with her maintenance so if anybody knows of any in that area could you please assist in this search. The only requirement is honesty reliability and good work, not a lot to ask I wouldn't' think but it seems to be a problem so far.
