i'm thinking about painting my rims on my mower. i will be taking them off to replace the (back)tires anyway.

i'm thinking either match the orange, or paint them black so they won't show all the dirt

could some one please edit this for me

So far, I'd go with the orange...that black's just to damned ugly to look at and the pink? Well...let's just say it ain't me.

Photoshop. use the selection wand with threshold set to 50%, click on the rims, then use the eyedropper and click on the fender of the mower to copy the orange color, grab the paint bucket and click on the rims -voila! :clapping:

The black looks better than orange - I think - but I'd prefer white over black; as long as the wheels were washed every couple of weeks or once a month.

Yeah im not big on the black, reminds me of those stupid import tuners that are like 15 different colors and have an exhaust pipe the size of a watermelon ....

Yeah....

It's not that far-fetched.

On Interstate 5 by Salem, Oregon, about 10 years ago, I saw a Volkswagon beetle that somebody completely covered - paint surface - with that felt looking indoor outdoor carpet that people use on covered patios.

And it was meticulously done.

From a distance, it looks like a green algae or moss ball coming in the rear view mirror.
