I am trying to find a new way to manage my billing and records. Right I am using word to print off invoices and keep track of that with a notebook. I have quicken 2005 and was thinking about trying that, or using LawnPro, software. Does any one use any of these programs or use something else that they like alot. Perferable some software that will do the hard parts for me as i am not much of a secertary.

You can't go wrong with Quickbooks (not quicken). I started using it this year and it really helpful to see where the money is coming from and going to. Definitely well worth the investment.

We also use quick books. I would check with your CPA and see what is compatible with their system so you can give them information in a format that they can use. Quickbooks is the industry standard for small business I believe.
