Your opening a big can of worms with this thread. I was putting away my 751 and 755 today when it dawned on me that the 755's tube will spin all the way around to the back and the 751's tube has a stopper built into it so it wont spin more than half way. I always wondered why when I let go of the handle of the 751 at full throtle it wouldn't fly around to my back

i kinda figured i was opening a HUGE can. but its just nice to see them side by side to see the differences and compare. the Echo is 2 years old now. the redmax was 3 Tanks old. hopefully now that its broken in a bit more it will run better... i got it today and the guy i borrowed it from said he filled it up 3 more times since the last time i used it.

ive never really noticed that with my 751... i guess its kinda good for those times when you let the handle go.

well unfortunately there's going to be no pics of them both in action because my Echo isn't running anymore. i had to keep it choked a little bit yesterday just to keep it running. Anyone know by any chance what it could be? when i got it running it was no where near the right RPM's. and it would intermittently cut off. Atleast it waited till the last 2 clean-ups of the season. My yard and my partner's lawn.

I have a similar picture, only the two year old Redmax is in pieces after the motor blew. However, the Echo 751 keeps going. I now have a growing pile of junk Redmax blowers. I ran Echo for years, and I'm going back to them.
