Gaining commercial lots?

Hi everybody, currently i have around 9 accounts, none of which are commercial, i was wondering how you guys go about obtaining commercial lots. I'm really trying to grow into a big business and i think doing residential and commercial accounts would be the best. What do you guys think? I appreciate the help thank you, josh

Go in & ask to speak w/ the maintenance manager or a supervisor. On strip malls, I ask who I need to talk to & they usually give me the info I need after talking to 5 or 6 different people.
