I've got a pesticide/lawn apllicator license with a company i worked for, it doesn't expire till 08.. ne 1 know if i will have to retest or is there a way i could get it under my name instead of my old employer..?

Retesting is the only way you can get it under you name. If you start a business your insurance will have to be on fike with the local Agri. Dept.

I'm in Oklahoma, so you might want to call your local Agri. Dept.

Also, check with your state. A pesticide certification is likely NOT the same thing as a pesticide business license. That's how it is in our state,...and many others.
