Just bought a Hustler Z and I have been using it for 3 days. I like the mower, it's fast and gives a great cut. My problem with it is the belt tensioner, it keeps on misaligning, I had to unscrew the silver metallic knob with 2 plastic guide with an allen wrench to realign it. So far it got misaligned 5 times. Is there anyway to prevent this from occurring again, it's getting to be annoying. Other than this problem I am pretty satified with it and I am planning to buy another one.

Our Customer Service Department says: It sounds like the spring tension is too light. Adjust the idler arm spring tensioner so that the spring is stretched to 9" hook to hook. That should correct the situation. If that does not do it call: 1-800-395-4757 and ask for Customer Service.
