Grass Seeder

I have found a grass seeder that I know nothing about. It is made by Brillion Iron works,10ft draw bar,with papered roller bearing. Is anyone familar with this piece of equipment? Will it be suitable for a smaller operation,but also have the capabilities to grow woth the business? Any info would be appreciated. It will need some work,and was about 3500 new.

This is one of the best seeders you can buy, most sod farms use them here, yours is a little big for most homes but if you have large acrage it's great.
