Yea it's a ford:weightlifter: . Yea I love the choppers to, they are pretty much straight forward no plastic and no electric PTO it's an all American mower. I wish you good luck on adding another chopper.

Yea I plan to get it lettered up over the winter, my dads friend is going to do it pretty cheap.

The V10 is holding up pretty well, tows as good a diesel truck I almost got. The fuel economy is doing pretty well, I am getting 12mpg towing my trailer with both choppers on it big difference from my last f-250 with the 351 5.8L was getting 5-6mpg hauling the same rig and getting 9mpg not towing.

I'm looking for a smaller truck or a little car to drive around since my other truck is having tranny issues.

Thanks. I loved my last truck, she never gave me any problems I wish I still had so I could run two crews. Yea the fuel economy wasn't so good on it but it was a beast at hauling. What are you having done to your tranny?

Its not the tranny on my F250, its the tranny on my F150. It had the HD 5 speed (ZF) tranny which is fit for a dually or dump truck. I put a new clutch and such in it only to find out that the tranny synchronizers were bad. Right now, it has been sitting somewhat idle since mid August when it went down and I bought the F250.

I am afraid of my F150's tranny from hauling this equipment for so long...

Btw, have you ever though about getting a trimmer and blower rack? are you putting them in the bed off the truck or on the trailer?

Nice Choppers. How much did you pay for your '07 Dixie? How many accounts do you service? Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I wouldn't want to run anything else besides them. I payed $11,500.00 for the 2007 Dixie Chopper Supreme. Yea I know a little pricey, but I plan to keep this one a little longer. But I ordered it before know the price tag lol. I just told the dealer to order me one and didn't talk about the pricing till it came in. I love the new one with the efi, but the next ones will be the flat-lander because I can replace them every year cause they not the expensive compared to the supreme which I am looking at 2 years on that one. I am doing about 50 to 60 accounts each week and then have a list of 10 to 15 property's coming in from the banks every other week.

Why would you want to replace the mower every year? You would only have a few hundred hours on it. You would lose easily $6per hour in depreciation if you replace them every year...

Am I missing something?
