What types of base preps etc did you use in your walls and walkways??? There are obviously many many dips and dives in both of them. Why such an abrupt slope in the walkway pic??? Couldn't you have run grade out to be much smoother??? How about that block wall???? What is that 10 or 11 feet tall? Geogrid??? Drainage??? Engineered??? Seems there's quite a slope on top of it.

Not trying to bash you just seems as if you skimped on many of the major details.......

On our walkways we use and sand and crush n run base. I don't see any dips at all what are you talking about. The big wall is a 12 foot tall wall and yes, it was engineered with geogrid runnning back 9 feet.

I'm looking at the last pic of the sidewalk. Look at the right side. BTW you also pointed out another.

I am not commenting on the work, sometimes pictures make things look off. But those are some of the ugliest houses I have ever seen. they should have spent the money on moving, or upgrading the house.

the border that is not straight the homeowner put up after we finished and she didn't get them straight. We offered to do it but they did not want to pay the extra money. I agree the house is ugly but the work pays my bills

i agree that from the pictures the walls do not look straight.

Well, I think it's obvious that all of the wall pics show signfiicant dips. That was the first thing my eye was drawn to.

I would also agree that walkway is quite steep. I guess some folks might want that, but I would have tried to have sold a few steps in there. I also prefer a soldier course on all walkways... without the edging.

Honestly, the workmanship looks a little shoddy, and it seems attention to detail was not the order of the day.

That's just my opinion.

Looking at the pic it looks like the wall has a bow in it. How ever i do understand when you step a wall you can not run it straight real easy but it can be level with out a problem. My opinion!

I know it isn't easy but the cut block above the drainage pipe isn't looking to smooth either.

Bottom left hand corner, block looks like he stepped the footer nothing in front of it. A lot of blocks on top of it though.
