Since I just got out of the business, i decided i would sell my truck which i did last month. I needed something more efficient to commute back and forth to school,to get to gigs and what not. I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer. Here she is, even has xm satallite radio! Ive had the suv for about 3 weeks now and im enjoying it so far!

Signature, why did you get out of mowing and why are you so "proud" of doing that? Another question, what did you move on to?

Mowing was really interferring with school and music. I couldnt wait till the end of the season to stop doing it. I will be moving on continuing my music career and also working at the local power equipment store.

sounds like a smart career move!!

My wife wants an SUV like that... but I just don't see the purpose of having anything w/o a bed in the back. Totally useless in case we actually need to do something w/ the vehicle.

Very nice! How many miles does it have on it? Looks like it's in great condition. Hope it serves you well.

Nice ride but like said you better watch the transmission. My buddies mom's 02 explorer went through 2 of them in less than 50k miles

Congratulations on your purchase. I hope it gives you years of trouble free service.

I really enjoy cutting grass and always have. Hopefully everyone can find what they like to do, pursue it and make it profitable.

It kinda is relating to the business and all. He got out of the business, sold his other truck, and posted his new truck. And he still does a few lawns from what I read in his other posts, so, I believe this does relate to the business.

Well, good for you, I hope everything goes as well as you plan. I want to be a meteorologist, because it is the only thing that you can get paid a lot of money and be wrong all the time. Now that sounds like a plan.:weightlifter:

Nice looking truck. I've had 2 explorers..as long as you maintain them well and treat them nice they will treat you nice. i had a 95 that i bought from someone who did really heavy towing and the trans did fail at 91,000 but it was not maintained as it should have been. My 2001 that i have now is almost at 150,000 and has hardly needed anything. Just some suspension parts. Flush out the trans regularly (25,000 miles is when i do mine) and it will last. I tow a 16' tandem with mine and it tows with no problem.
