Hey fellas, I wanted to see if anyone has any books or software that they recommend that are related to the business side of construction. I plan on searching the "Business Management" forum, but I wanted to check in the Heavy Equipment forum since you guys do work similar to me. I'd like a good book on bookkeeping/accounting that might get into things like machine depreciation and when to buy machines, etc. Anything else that you guys have found helpful too.
RockSet N' Grade- I took your advice and bought the book that you recommended in "The Neverending Thread".:laugh: I haven't started it yet but it looks informative. I also bought "E-Myth Mastery" recently. I just haven't taken the time yet to get started on it. Football season only lasts so long! Go Colts!!
