Guys, First post here and I need some advice. I was wanting to try and find a year end deal on a mini fastrak 36 but could not find anyone that had any left. I have found a mini z 42in. for $4500.00 brand new and a 36 in. mini z for $4400.00. I do know that the mini z is a full commercial unit but I will only be mowing maybe 5 accounts as well as my own yard this coming season "part time". Should I spend the extra money? If I do, it will put me behind on the backpack blower and the edger due to funds. What do you think?

If you have the money to spend I would definitely go with the Mini Z.
It may set you back on the other items, but in the long run your going to be better off.
We have some good financing also, check with your dealer and see what your options are.

Mike is the one that has the 42in mini z for $4500.00. I am going to pay him a visit this weekend and see what we can come up with.

I have a MFT for sale if you are interested. Just bought it at the end of the year and it has only 15 hours on it. It is the 17/42 with flex forks, mulch kit and hour meter. I am asking $3500 for it and I do believe the warrenty will transfer to the new owner. I am selling due to moving into a condo. Let me know if this is something you would conisder......
