I have been wanting to take a picture of my stuff for months now. I got a new camra so I thought I would take a few! Some of the pictures arent that great becuse I had the camra in compact mode so it would upload fast. So far my equipment is
-2 Crappy trimmers
-Stihl 026 Chainsaw and anouther crappy saw
-40+ year old lawnboy mower
-Old toro 21"
-Exmark Viking
-Ariens 10hp 24in snowblower!
-Toro single stage blower
-And of course my crappy orange scooter I used to tow it all
around this year on the custom trailer (scooters custom too . . )
-Its not much but the goodies will come this spring as long as there is some snow to shoval here soon!!!!!!

Nice Stuff!! Really digging the scooter! How did you end up liking the STIHL BP blower? How do you like the viking? Setup looks great! -Mitch-

You got some good tools there, I really like the Exmark Viking... does it go on the trailer too? I bet the Viking has more pulling power than the scooter if you could find a way to make a hitch for it.

What kind of scooter is that? I used to have a 50cc and a 150cc.

you turn it just about the same as a belt drive wb or you do a three point turn with it.

VERY nice equipment there man....i like that viking! That or a TTHP is on the list for this upcoming year go with my metro.

Since everyone is liking the viking so much there here's a better picture of it.

Redmax Man-Im sure the viking could pull 10 times what the scooter can but hopefully I will have a truck and trailer buy April!

JDWalkbehind-I think mike preety much covored it. Its plenty light so I don't do 3 point turns. If you are looking for what you use to turn it then it is basically pistol grips that were bent up and put where it is less of a strain on your hands. They are the to handles that come up over the top there is a little lever to keep it in neutral and you just put your speed and take off the lever to move and then pull back to turn either way. As far as what I payed I got it for $1800 its a '05 with 380 hours or so.

Thanks everyone else for all of the compliments on the mower!

1800! Wow thats a great deal. I was looking at an 05 tthp 52" and the dealer wanted 4400. Keep up the good work.

If you can afford it get the viking the hydro is so nice. They aren't that much more either and they are just sooooo nice on hills and around small trees and things!

Yeah, I like the Viking. We picked up a 52" Viking this year ourselves. I believe it was one of the best pruchases that our company has ever made. Everyone loves the thing.

Do you like your Viking a lot, or just a little?

01-18-2007, 12:22 AM
I havent used it much yet. I like it alot though for the time I have used it. The hydro is really nice, it cuts beutifuly too. I actauly think I preffer the fixed deck over floating though. It makes everything a little easier. Less maitnence and less weight.

The hydro drive units are a pleasure to operate. After running hydro, you'll never go back to a belt drive machine. I can't wait to upgrade my 36" belt drive to get a new hydro to replace it.
