Harley Rake pricing

I am getting a quote on a 7 foot hydraulic Harley rake for my Cat 262 skidsteer.
initial price is in the $8900 CND range...is this in line?

How is the FFC compared to a harley rake? Any advantage to not having the chain drive? I like how the front wheels fold up.
