How much would you guys charge for 40000 with an application of dimension. On average. Obviously, it would be more than a regular fertilzing application.

Just average it into your application package. This is the easiest way.

Example:

App 1 = 20.00
App 2 = 18.00
App 3 = 10.00
App 4 = 10.00
App 5 = 10.00

yea, i agree u need to have one set price the customers pays each time.

40,000 sq ft. How about around 140 - 150 each app if they are following a full program. One time shot with weed control I would add another 20%.
