I am looking for a new trim mower. I'd like the height adjustment to be at least 4" high. I've looked at the Lawnboy and the Toro and both only go to 3.25". I am trying to find out the height of a Snapper. Anyone know of any good trim mowers that will raise this high?

Thanks

Dave

Hey Greenbronco, do you like the Honda?

Ozd, why do you say that about snapper?

The problem I have w/ the Toro's is that they only cut at 3 3/4", I need something higher...
The dealer I deal w/ said stay away from Honda b/c there parts are way too expensive.
He deals with Snapper and says he has had no complaints..I am pretty loyal to this dealer, I have not had a problem at all w/ him yet...Any suggestions?

Thanks

Get what you like and then buy bigger wheels to get the deck height to 4 inches.

no way a snapper goes to 4inches. they have to be modifyed to go to 3.5

honda parts are expencive but seldom break where a snapper breaks down very often (parts are cheap though)

I would go with the Honda before I tried to modify one of the other brands. Nothing wrong at all with Honda reliability.......and all parts are expensive so don't worry about the Honda parts.
