i'm looking to purchase new mowers.a 52"toro w/23 kaw. and a 44" w/19 kaw.does anyone have knowledge or opions about these mowers?my dealer told me toro owns exmark,so is this a rebadged lazer hp?

Ive done nuttin but look at mower over that last 30 days. I even put a pole up on lawnsite. Exmark or Scag So far 80% Exmark

Toro does own Exmark, I think they run as two different companies.

I think the only differents between Exmark and Toro are the decks. Both great machines

Toro bought Exmark about 4 years ago. The machines are both
the same except for the deck, which I feel Exmark has the
advantage. I would recommend that you demo both units to see
which one you prefer. I have an Exmark Lazer HP 52" and I
really like it. I also bought the Ultra-vac bagger and it
works super bagging grass & for fall leaf clean-ups. I don't
think Toro has the vac system yet but my Exmark dealer heard
that they are working on one.

As far as the decks go...... Do you cut mostly dry grass or alot of wet grass? The exmarks in my apinion reduce the clipping finer in dry grass where as the toro is unbeatbale when it comes to dispersing wet grass evenly. I own a 62inch z master but have used exmarks.
