Is it against posting guidelines to cross post a question into 2 related forums, a related question?? Just to let you know what I want to do is post this question in both the landscaping and irrigation forums. The question is:
This is what I want to do. I want to be able to safely carry 20 ft bundles of pipe on my ¾ ton truck. (No more than a 1000 ft of pipe.) Does anybody know of a bolt on post for the front bumper like plumber’s use? I already have rack system for the bed of the truck, but due to unbearable whistling noise while driving freeway speeds, I had to cut off the over the cab part of the racks. One big thing, I need to be able to take off this add on when not in use.
