is it posible to make a box for a dump body and hook up a blower to blow mulch

Well, you would have to have some sort of continuous feed system, like a live floor of some sort. Just tilting it isn't going to do it, because it has to be a continual regulated feed. It's an idea though!

making a mulch mule or finn bark blower on their own .... i am interested also .... someone mentioned used frink spreader .... their site is not available at this time .... i will call them today and post my gathered information

If you plow and sand you might be able to take the spinner off your sander but ten you cut down the amount you cantake to a job.
