Do you have a picture to show how bad it really is?

Yeah I think we would all need a picture or better description of what needs to be done before we would be able to give you some correct pricing.

One of Three

Yeah, for something like that you definitely want to go with an hourly rate. It's very difficult to estimate time on that sort of project, cause chances are something else unexpected will come up. Guaranteed.

I would have to agree with One of Three. Let them know what your plans are for your clean up. Inform them you will keep them up to date on how it is going. They are more time consuming then they may appear. I would charge by the hour. Other situations will appear weather it is small or larger. It is your time and it is valuable.

Hourly!!!!!!!!!!

Not only hourly...but a price per yard/ton whatever to be removed. That one brush pile next to herbie is rather large. Then all those little sticks will add up. If you give a flat price on this one the owner might expect you to clean up the wooded areas as well.

IF you do decide to go with a flat price I would take pictures of EVERY place you intend to work and circle what areas will be 'cleaned up' and what it includes doesn't include.

I would think for something like this I would say $65 per man per hour plus another 25-35 per yard removal. I dunno making some assumptions I would say two-three people half a day and three-four yards removal. I would say a minimum $200 labor charge and minimum $100 removal charge. If I were to place a flat bid (customer may request it) I would estimate about 850-1000
