I don't keep track. I usually mow weekly but this winter has been cold (26* @ 8:30am) and the lawns aren't growing so I am skipping a lot. I still show up weekly to atleast blow the walks and drive, gotta do something for the monthly service payment.

I guess it depends on the year & your customer's desires. I have got as high as 40. I usually estimate at 36 though.

Every customer gets 30 cuts per year. It's once a week for 30 weeks from 4/17 - 11/14 with no skips. Rochester,New York

Well, I charge a flat fixed rate for a specific number of consecutive weeks.
That is what it is and remains unchanged.

The number of weeks depends on the pay plan, type of turf, leaf situation, and when they came on as a customer. My minimum is 32 at this time and most buy more weeks than that. If they come on late, it's a multiple of 3 or 4 (depending on billing method) from that point until the end of the season.

The ACTUAL number of grass cuts fluctuates from lawn to lawn from year to year.
I guess you could say 36 is the rule of thumb I use though.
