toro 325 out front mower is it a deal

have opportunity to purchase a toro 325 , 20hp 60 inch cut out front mower.it has 1 wheel on the rear with the deck out front from the body.i have never seen one like this or used one and am having trouble finding any info.toro doesn't make this type any more and i'm trying to figure what it should be worth. less than 300 hours home owner used. and i will use it only at my home.Is 3000 a fair price?thanks for any replies
