Name that Weed

Hey All: This is going to be a little hard to identify. There is a vetch looking weed coming up the the yards. This stuff has a main trunk, has side branching leaves which are small and rounded. There's a lot of it along the sides of the Roads around Murrells Inlet, SC. It has a tangled growing habit like vetch. Does anyone know the proper name of this stuff. I took a mound of it to the Lesco guy in Myrtle Beach and he did not know what it was, other that a broadleaf weed. Scweedman, what is it???????????? I used some atrazine on it and it seems to be working, but I still want to know what it is. Thanks, Roy

I don't have a camera that I can download to internet. The closest that I can tell is "Chickweed" I think this may be it and further ivestigation--it may be a winter weed. Thanks again Roy
