I'm thinking of buying a Hustler Fast Trak, but I find no Mslp on them, and also
how much of a differance is there between 18hp Honda and 20 hp Honda. It will
be used on my 4 acres only, but I do have some grade to deal with. There is a dealer
here in town, but the only person I talked to twice is the secretary, and she isn't
sure of the model prices, but gave me some flyers. Around here all I've seen are
Toro's and Cubs, cheap homeowner models, the Fast Trak is far superior looking to me. Thanks in advance.

Here is your MSRP pricing...
FasTrak, 18HP Honda / 52" FST18HON52A (926592) $5,649
FasTrak, 20HP Honda / 52" FST20HON52A (926501) $5,899

I do not have MSRP pricing up yet, I should have it done in the coming weeks.
As to your dealer, who is it?
E-mail me if you are not getting anywhere with them, I will make sure your taken care of.

Thanks for the info,pj, I just returned from doing a show,I'm an entertainer by trade,
and my local dealer had left a quote on the phone and on my email, he had been on vacation, but his very loyal secretary had not forgotten me. He offered me a demo
and all I have to do is call him tommorro and set up a date, real nice of him.Agin, thanks for the info.

I just purchased my first zero turn mower, a FasTrak, 20HP Honda / 52" cut, it will be delivered tomorrow. I mow about 1.5 acres, but that may increase after this purchase. Did I do good?

Welcome to the family!!
That mower will get it done in a hurry for you, so I would say you did good.

My mower arrived yesterday as promised :clapping: and there's a problem! Not with the mower:nono: it works great, but I let my wife try it and now it's going to be a fight :realmad::mad: over who's going to mow the yard!!

Well there is a small problem the ends of the handles touch. I have read somewhere in the forum that I could bend the handles out just a little to fix this. Is this a proper fix for the problem?
Do you put slime in the tires on the Fastrak or is that just on the commercial mower?

Just bend them out a bit and you will be fine.
We don't put sealant in any of the FasTrak or Mini FasTrak products.

PJ:

Looking to get MSRP's (all available engine configurations):

60" Z
60" Super Z

BacVac Attachment Price. What is the castor/front end weight with this attachment?

FlexForks: Can they be installed and uninstalled with ease, or are they constructed for a one time fitting. The reason I ask this is I would consider taking them off while using the Vac system and re-installing them when Vac is not in use.

Thanks,

Matt

The Bac-Vac comes with 2 front weights that bolt on above the castor tires to offset the rear weight of the catcher.
The Flex Forks do come off and on easily but you will need to switch your tires back and forth also.
We do not recommend use of the Flex Forks with the Bac-Vac.
