torque specs for toro

Does anyone know the torque spec for the bolt that goes into the bottom of the motor that holds on the PTO clutch? The mower is a 2003 Toro z-master 74179.

I believe that most vertical Kawasaki twin and Kohler twin engines use a 7/16-20 bolt, the standard grade-5 or equiv. bolt would be around 50-55 lb-ft. If you have a grade 8 bolt, you can torque it up to around 70 lb-ft.
