welcome letter

Does anyone ever send out a welcome letter to your new customers? If so is there any generic wording or form you use. Thanks

We actually bought a program that had a ton of professional letters in it and we use that. Honestly though, I 've only sent out "welcome" letters to about 10 customers...just too busy by the time they sign up.

Hey Nobagger,

If you dont mind, what was the name or the site you got that program from? Ive been doing work for neighbors for a few years and im still in highschool (sophmore) and wanted to startr a small-scale operation. Anyway, I was looking at a package like that but i dont want to throw my money down the drain for something thats useless or just an advertisement for other things you have to buy to actually use the stuff. Thanks.

I only send cards out at Christmas and the death of family member. It lets your customers know that you care about more than money.
