Am I Lowballing?

Hello I have this account in Palm Beach County Florida its around an acre. I charge them $175 per month which equals 4 cuts. Is this a fair price?

Low for up here. Thats $43.75 for a 4 week month and $35 per cut for a 5 week month. Your getting screwed on the 5 week months. I'd go up 25-50 bucks. But thats in my area. Hope you plan on skipping them a few times per year. Is that $175 x 12 months or just for cutting season?

I charge $65 acre if its just mow and go.

Ya sounds a little cheap....up here I would charge $65 for mow and go, and around $75 if I had to trim...that would be $300 a month ona 4 week month.
