It is evident that the rear passenger isn't wearing a restraining device.

I'd hate to see the GVWR on that thing. IT looks to be sagging in the front with only 3 people in it!

You need to get an over sized load sign on the back! (just joking around not putting anyone down)

That's funny, cute pic. But remember, you can get a DUI on private property too. Probably not in a hot wheels, but either way.

Thats because that guy and his kids are riding on a Hummer, if it was a Dodge or something it would be a different story. :dizzy:

Those are 18" Alcoas. Alot of machining went into those wheels to get them to fit. I got them because of the heavyduty bridgestones that fit them. I think they are for some kind of cheater axle for a semi, or semi trailer. I"ll try to get other pics of the chevy on. Thanks.

Bet ya theres a motor that puts the power in POWER Wheels.

Remeber the guy that got one on a Deere rider on the side of the road riding to his brothers house? Its amazing what they can get you for, and each state is different.

1st off, I am always nice about things if people don't take it the wrong way like some people on here, and you can get a DUI if you are on the street, you can one if you are riding a bicycle.

So would riding your John Deere drunk be a JDDUI

You can get a DUI just as well on private property (not in the street). Sitting in your garage, engine not running, keys in the ignition, drunk with a beer behind the wheel listening to the radio is legally DUI. It's called "Actual Physical Control." Now, would you get caught in your garage, probably not, but legally, DUI is do-able.

Spinning donuts in your grandpas pasture in an old jeep with a buzz going on, DUI.

17 in your daddy's yellow hummer with half a beer down your gullet... DUI. If you are under 21 and are in "actual physical control" of a motorized vehicle and have but a trace of alcohol in your system, DUI.

Most states have gone to motorized vehicle for a DUI and bicycles do not qualify for that, along with horses. I'm not sure of any state that still will give you a deuce on a bike.

Well I'm 18 now, but is still no excuse, I don't plan on drinking even after I turn 21, but my neighbor stopped to help a person on a bike and he called the police to come take care of him, and the person on the bike got a DUI.

This is true. A guy can also get one while drinking a beer, mowing his own lawn while on his lawn tractor. as ludicrous as this sounds,...it is true.
