Insurance in Texas

Can somebody share who provides their contractors insurance and the amount they pay per year ?

Insurance and amount paid in Texas for Workers Compensation Insurance is payroll based.
For the General Liability, which I presume you are referring to costs my company almost $2,800.00. Roughly $225.00 per month. However, I have eleven employees and this policy covers all of the work that they do, including Pesticide Applications and Tree Work. The scope of the coverage is General Coverage $2Mil, Single event $1mil and a rider policy that covers my company for an additional $2Mil.
