Here he goes again ...TURFING

But i think this is worth to see if some others have an explenation. When this discussion came up last fall under an other discussion not to many addressed this aspect.
Here is my question how do YOU prevent turfing ... we here in the north east have alot of problems ... shady wooded lots with lots of trees and TURFING
Please help ...this was this morning and many mornings discussion at the 7-11 among us grashoppers

Never heard it called that before!

I just avoid making a tight zero turn if I feel the ground is too wet to do it. I make more of a 3 point turn, this keeps me from running the risk. Some yards I don't worry about it that much, some I better worry about it. The new tires I just put on my Scag are abrasive as they come, I really have to mind my manners with them.
