Best way to get rid of a Sumac Tree???

Hey guys/gals. I have a Sumac tree along the border of my lawn and the woods. What's the best way to get rid of it??? Any thoughts? :confused:

cut it down and sell your property and move before it comes back out








Ive had semi success in cutting them off and then taking a paint brush and covering the cut with 100% round up concentrate. That works about 80% of the time. Im a rookie and not an expert in herbicide but..............that works for me lol

You may want to try and drill a hole in the free cut stump and fill with herbicide to promote deeper absorbtion

The way I deal with them is cut it down then drill three or four holes in the stump pour Garlon 4 and rock salt in the holes.This works 90% of the time and if it does`nt then I come back and hit it again with Garlon 4 and salt. I hope this helps ya bud. Good luck.:waving:
