Putting in an est. for a builder in my area.
In one subdivision they have at least 35 specs and models.
I already have 10 accounts in subd. already.
They want them fully maintained including beds kept clean,
trees and bushes trimmed, mulch kept fresh and Sprinklers Systems
running smoothly.
Now once I get this job it opens me up to their other 5 subdiv.
in tampa, fl, 45 minutes from me. But they get much better money
down there, so its worth the drive for me.
Now my area we only get 15 to 20 bucks a cut for a standerd size lot.
Thats just the compitition and we make enough!
Where as in tampa its more like 45 to 65 a cut!
Now since I am dealing w/ bulk here, which could Quadruple if I play my cards
right, I'm thinking 80-100 a month for each property.
THEY JUST FIRED THE OTHER COMPANY FROM TAMPA FOR CHARGING 65 A
CUT. JUST THE CUT.
WHAT DO YOU GUYS SUGGEST?
