commercial contract

i do mostly residental with some commercial accounts but the commercial accounts are group homes, so i contract them like residental customers when it comes to mowing. they only receiving mowing (no mulch,weeding,shrub trimming). i'm bidding on a few commercial accounts and was wondering if anyone had a contract i can look at. i want to see how it worded and layed out with the pricing.
