Large residential lawn 7 cutable acres- Suggestion on Pricing

Hi- I was hoping for a few suggestion on this rather large lawn.

7.1 total cutable acres. 24 visits- 5hrs per visit $800. p/month
Many trees, aprox 30's
Long drive way ( approx 365 ft one way )
All the hedges and some tree prunning.
the home sits on the back part of the property, and the roadside front 5 acres, wont need quite the attention as normal- he wants us to give more attention around the home. so if we miss a spot in the front 5 acres. ... its ok. so said the owner, trying to keep cost down. kinda cut and go kinda thing.
basicly every thing that grows were goona keep up.
this wil be our biggest yard so far.
Pluss extra care around the home, ferterlizer-Fungicides and Pesticides.
( 25,200 sqft ) = $650 annualy $55 p/month extra

Im Fairly new to the business, and a frequent reader of lawnsite.com was hope for some differnt ideas before i hand this bid in.

Hi- this is be a two man job. a 72' zero turn and a 36' walk beind w/ sulky.

I agree, up the price. you have to consider everything from labor, fuel, drive time, insurance, wear and tear on equipment/vehicles, and so forth. Make sure you think of all your overhead before you make your final decision. Two guys(dunno how many you have) for five hours means your only making $20 p/hour per man before all of your overhead. I don't know what its like in your area but i try for $35-$40 per many hour depending on what type of work it is. Thats just my 2 cents, good luck

I get 50.00 per acre min for cutting. Adding fertilizer and maintenance makes that higher.
